In line with our goal of providing our society with a sustainable and secure supply of energy, Alter 5 has established its Green Financing Framework under which we intend to issue instruments to finance projects that promote environmental progress.

The Alter5 Green Financing Framework is aligned with the ICMA Green Bond Principles 2021 and the European Commission Taxonomy 2021. Our products align with Article 9 SFDR (Positive Impact) where funds have an explicit environmental or social objective as part of the main strategy.

By establishing this Green Financing Framework, Alter5 intends to:

• Align its financing strategy with its sustainability strategy and its commitment to decarbonizing the economy.
• Align our activity with the Spanish National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (2021-2030) contributing to investment in generation to increase the share of renewable energy in the system and contribute to the transformation of the Spanish economy.

The European Investment Fund is one of the institutions that supports us towards our goal to accelerate the energy transition.

Through the Alter5 Green Energy Dashboard, we provide investors with a portal and digital tools that allow them to analyze and monitor their investments in real time, facilitating their monitoring and impact assessment.
